The tooth profile is low and has a large surface area at the tip of the tooth providing good support on sliding conveyor surfaces. They are manufactured with a heavy duty, woven, nylon based fabric tooth covering. The helically wound tensile cords are engineered, twisted and chemically set stranded Aramid material. These special Aramid cords are designed to offer the highest breaking strength possible.
